to say thank you for.
Sometimes in life we stumble upon something so special,
a feeling or experience so exquisite that words alone simply cannot describe it,
for it is larger than any words that we know.
I have that feeling each time I look in the mirror these days,
when I watch Dr. Nails swing a hammer while building our dream house,
and as I stare (with great fascination might I add)
at my belly button whilst it moves seemingly of it's own accord.

I also unexpectedly had one of those experiences recently,
when I was invited to a barbecue that wasn't really a barbecue after all.
Fortunately for my ego Dr. Nails had no idea either,
(that's what he tells me at any rate)
when I was invited to a barbecue that wasn't really a barbecue after all.
Sneaky Sneaky.....
I keep telling myself it's okay that I had NO IDEA what was going on.
Really, It's no big deal.
It's not like I don't have anything else going on in my life right now.
But still........ you would think I'd have a clue!Fortunately for my ego Dr. Nails had no idea either,
(that's what he tells me at any rate)
so at least I was not alone in my ignorance.
Either way, this experience led to those feelings that don't have words,
and I cannot describe how grateful I am to have people
in my life who would plan an un-barbecue for us,
and that there are other people still who would actually show up.
I know it's not thanksgiving yet, but regardless
I am thankful for the many joys in my life
: )
